Booking &Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure all clients receive the best possible service and to manage our schedule efficiently, please be aware of the following policies:

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Any cancellation or change made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 75% of the reserved service amount.

• Late Arrivals: To respect all clients' time, appointments may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if you arrive late.
   

 

Service Adjustments

 

Occasionally, a service may take longer than the scheduled appointment time. When this occurs, and at the stylist's discretion, an upcharge of $70 per half hour may be applied for the additional time.

Adding services that were not booked in your original reservation will also result in an adjustment to the final price of your appointment. These changes will be discussed with you before the service begins.
