1. Services

 

Hair Love and Essence Studio provides specialized haircare services for all textures, including cutting, coloring, and styling. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

 

2. Booking and Payments

 

• Appointments: All appointments must be booked through our official website or designated booking system.

• Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

• Pricing: Our services are priced transparently, and we operate on a gratuity-free model. The price quoted for your service includes all costs.

Service Adjustments

Occasionally, a service may take longer than the scheduled appointment time. When this occurs, and at the stylist's discretion, an upcharge of $70 per half hour may be applied for the additional time. Adding services that were not booked in your original reservation will also result in an adjustment to the final price of your appointment. These changes will be discussed with you before the service begins. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and serve every client effectively. Thank you for your understanding.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

4. Client Conduct

 

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for all clients. We expect all clients to be respectful of our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

 

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
